Ripperman is a character writer/artist Joe Martino created in 1987. Due to certain events in his life and a vile view of certain aspects of the world, he decided to flesh out the character and start doing the book in 1997. By the end of the project there were a number of creators attached to it. Among them are Ben Templesmith and Jeff Pittarelli, who provided the great covers. In terms of the interior content there's Peter Palmiotti, Rick Buckler Jr., Johnny Lowe,John Orlando, Steven Preston, Dash Martin, Peter J. Romeo, Naser Subashi, Jim Taylor, and Jeff Austin.
